Emojong Amaitum is right about the Early Bird

SIR— I totally agree with Mr Emojong Amaitum of Katakwi that the recent addition of two crew members to Radio Uganda’s Early Bird’s press review was a blander

The worst of all is the lady who speaks a language similar to English. Her pronunciation and citing of people’s names is a disgrace.

For example, a word like “coups” she pronounces as “cups”, “aviation” she reads as “aviliation”, “reimbursement” she reads as “disbusted”, the list is long. How can Radio Uganda boast of being the giant station with such presenters?

Something should be done about it urgently.
It should not be taken that we the listeners are against the lady. What we detest is her bad English, presentation of names.

As observed by Emojong, Bakuku should present his
reggae songs in the evening
or late at night, not in the morning.
