An unidentified man last week resorted to a wheel-chair to cross a flooded road in Bwaise, writes Jonathan Osamuki.
The morning torrential rains had left most roads impassable.
The smartly-dressed man claimed he could not use boda boda because he once stalled with boda boda in the middle of a flooded road. He approached a disabled man by the road and begged him to allow him use his wheel-chair to cross the road. Since the ground was too muddy, it was not possible for the disabled man to release his wheel chair. He eventually used a boda boda to cross the flooded road.
