Three boys have been remanded following the destruction of property of the Uganda Railways Cooperation (URC) in Gulu district.
Walter Ochora, Joe Opiyo and Odong are suspected to have destroyed URC’s electric wires, aluminium, iron sheets and water sinks on September 5.
AG to settle
THE Attorney General (AG) has agreed to an out of court settlement of a sh17m debt that was incurred by the Prime Minister’s office in rental arrears to the former Uganda Commercial Bank (UCB).
UCB sued the AG, seeking payment of sh17,500,000 in rent arrears for its premises on Eden Road in Gulu town.

UNITED Youth Action for Progress and Karuma Crossers medical Students Association recently treated over 500 patients at Unyama camp in Aswa county, Gulu.
