  • Take enough water so that you do not get dehydrated by the time you begin.


  • During drinking
  • Take some bites as you drink

  • Be mindful of how much alcohol your body can tolerate.
    Decide in advance how many bottles you will drink and stick to your decision

  • Sip slowly. Do not rush. Spend one hour on a bottle of beer.

  • Stick to one type of drink. Don’t mix.

  • Interrupt with a bottle or glass of water every hour

  • Don’t mix alcohol with soda


  • After drinking
  • Keep drinking water till you go to bed

  • Drink more water when you wake up
