THE National Political Commissar (NPC), Crispus Kiyonga, has called on those agitating for multiparty politics to follow the right legal procedures to have the constitution amended.

By Richard Otim THE National Political Commissar (NPC), Crispus Kiyonga, has called on those agitating for multiparty politics to follow the right legal procedures to have the constitution amended. “It is out of order for any person be it a minister to threaten to violate the Constitution. Let’s reject any call for rebellion in the country through constitutional means,” Kiyonga said recently on Voice of Teso FM radio. He said a law is changed through a majority consensus.
