By Grace Nakajje THE mother-in-law of the former army commander Lt Gen Jeje Odong, has vowed to defeat her rival in the coming elections.Ann Ssali, the LC5 woman councillor for Bulangira sub-county in Pallisa district, said this recently while speaking to her supporters at her home in Kautukwi.She referred to herself as a lion that is ready to bite the small animals trying to oppose her.She is being challenged by Mary Munghono.
