The long-awaited original degree certificate of former Mbarara municipality parliamentary candidate Ngoma Ngime has been received at the High Court in Mbarara from Libya, writes Allan Turyaguma.But lawyers of the municipality MP, Winnie Byanyima, whom Ngime accuses of having used unlawful means to defeat him in the June Parliamentary polls urged the court on Wednesday to reject the certificate, saying it was defective.Justice Vincent Kagaba, who is hearing the petition, had last December ordered for Ngime’s original certificate to be submitted before the court.Ends
