(c) Supply of twin desks to Primary Schools. (d) Construction of 3 Ventilated Improved Pit Latrines in Kagunga Sub-County. (e) Fencing Nyakagyeme Health Centre III (800 Meters Circumference) (f) Rehabilitation of 5 road sections in Nyakagyeme Sub-County.(g) Protection of 4 Water Springs in Nyakagyeme Sub-County. (h) Plastering and Flooring Nyakagyeme Sub-County Hall and the attached extension staff offices. (i) Construction of an Aide Post in Kebisoni Sub-County. (j) Provision of Improved Coffee Seedlings to Kebisoni Sub-County. (k) Completion of Nyakariro Maternity Unit in Bugangari Sub-County. (l) Construction and Completion of bridges in Bugangari Sub-County. (m) Extension of Bugangari Sub-County Council Hall. (n) Completion of Ibanda Dispensary and Construction of Ventilated Improved Pit Latrine at the same Dispensary in Nyarushanje Sub-County. (o) Opening of Access roads in Nyarushanje Sub-County. (P) Opening of Access roads in Buyanja Sub-County. (q) Completion of Buyanja Sub-County Hall. (r) Rehabilitation of Rukungiri - Rubabo - Nyarushanje Road. (s) Completion of Nyakishenyi Health Centre Ill.(t) Flip Chart stands (4).(u) Public Address System (1).(v) Generator (1).(w) 1 Lap Top Computer with all accessories.(x) 1 Desk Top Computer with all accessories.Applicants to pick specifications t,u,v,w,x from Secretary District Tender Board RukungiriIntending bidders should note the following: 1. All Applications should be addressed to the Secretary District Tender Board P.O.BOX.1 RUKUNGIRI.2. Bidders must clearly indicate the items applied for on the envelope i.e. “Tender for ............”3. Non Refundable fee of Shs. 50,000= will be paid for each item of (a), (b), (c) and (r) only.4. Non-Refundable fee of Shs. 30,000/= will be paid for each of the remaining items not mentioned in (3) to the respective Sub-counties as spelt in the Advertisement.5.Tender Bid documents of (a) (b) (c) and (r) can be obtained from the Chief Cashier Finance Department Rukungiri District Local Government.6. Remaining Tender Bid Documents not mentioned in (5) are obtainable at the Subcounty Headquarters of the respective Sub-counties where the Contracts are to be carried out.7. The Tender Board is not bound to accept the lowest/highest bidder.8. All bids must reach the Secretary Tender Board not later than Tuesday 19th February 2002 at 11.00 a.m. when the opening will take place. Interested bidders may attend the opening session.9.
