‘Soldiers did not campaign’

JACQUELINE Mbabazi, the wife of defence minister, Amama Mbabazi, on Wednesday told the High Court in Mbarara that UPDF soldiers and other state agents never canvassed votes for her husband during the 2001 parliament ary elections.
