Uganda Co-operative Alliance invites applications from suitably qualified people for the following posts:1. Manager, Commodity Exchange.Responsibilities:a) Launch, develop and market the commodity exchange b) Design systems through which market information will be collected and disseminated to the stakeholders c) Work with UCA and UNFA to strengthen Farmers Marketing Associations d) Mobilise more shares and shareholders for the commodity exchangeQualifications:Post Graduate training in Marketing orBusiness Management,Excellent Computer skillsExperience:Not less than 5 years in Commodity Mar-ketingGood CommunicatorAge:30- 45 yearsOther qualities/characteristics Excellent health, high integrity, ability to work without being supervised and ability to train others.Duty Station: Kampala with extensive travel within the country2. Assistant to Manager - Commodity Exchange (1 post)Responsibilities:Assist the Manager in all his/her activities as outlined above.Qualifications:Degree in Economics or Business Management, computer skillsExperience:Not less than 3 years in a relevant fieldTerms of employment:Initially one year renewable depending on the success of the project.
