Vacant positions:Programme Co-ordinator, Yei, Western Equatoria.RE: PC- YEIContract: 1 yearBase: YEI, south SudanThe Programme Co-ordinator will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the work of the Sudan Landmine and Reponse Initiative (SLIRI) in south Sudan, and contribute to the development of landmines work and peace building in Sudan.He/she will have a degree in Social Sciences or related discipline. The incumbent is expected to have at least 3 years experience of project management in conflict, and broad understanding of information-based projects and strong personality with obvious leadership skills. In addition he/she will have analytical, planning and training skills, plus institutional development. He/She will have in-depth knowledge of cross conflict analysis at the field of policy level. Several years of experience of practical programme development work and some experience of landmine-related programme or technical and/or field-based programme. Fluency in written and spoken English, and good communication skills coupled with practical and cultural sensitivity. Knowledge of Arabic and local languages will be an added advantage. Must be computer literate.ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE SUPERVISORREF: AD&FSBase: Yei, south SudanContract: 1 yearThe Administration and Finance Supervisor will develop and manage an efficient administration and finance functions for the Sudan Landmines and Information Initiative (SLIRI).Essential requirements are:l Professional accountancy qualifications with a least 3 years' post-qualification experience.l Experience in providing a range of finance, logistics, office management and administrative support services to an organisation ideally with at least two years in the NGO or public sector.l Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage. Proven knowledge of working with computerised accounting packages - including databases and spreadsheets.l Experience of donor reporting and producing management information.l Ability to travel to remote and difficult areas often with very basic facilities.LOGISTICS OFFICERREF: LOBased: Yei, south SudanContract: 1 yearEssential requirements are:l Significant work experience in logistics, including cargo and pax movement, stock keeping, dispatch and communications systems preferably with an NGO.l Demonstrable experience in record keeping, administration, accounting and numeracy skills.l Experience of planning and producing forecasts on a cross border relief operation.l Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.l Diploma in business-related discipline or equivalent field experience.l Minimum 4 years practical field experience as Logistics Officer in an NGO.l To keep field inventories and ensure that they are kept up to date by co-ordinating with other logisticians.l Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure whilst giving attention to detail.If you have the relevant experience and skills for these posts, please submit your letter of application and CV detailing your experience for the post and giving your daytime telephone contact to:HR Officer Oxfam GB P.O.
