KAMPALA — President Yoweri Museveni has given sh1m to the family of the late Lt. Col. Philly Sonko Lutaaya. The money was delivered to the deceased’s family by state minister for security Muruli Mukasa during the burial yesterday in Kiryowa in Mukono district. “He displayed exceptional qualities of a great and patriotic soldier and served the army diligently. He was an asset to UPDF and the entire nation,” Museveni said in a statement read by Muruli Mukasa.Ends
