GULU — The RDc has urged the 19 girls selected to work in a Kampala textile factory to work diligently as envoys of the district. Maxwell Omeda was on Monday briefing the girls about their work in the factory set up under the African Growth Opportunities Act (AGOA). Over 30 girls, some with babies, turned up for the selection.Ends
