By John Nzinjah in KaseseKASESE district chairman Yokasi Bihande on Tuesday grilled a man who had alleged that he (Bihande) had employed him to assemble guns that were to be used to fight the Government.“You man, when did I meet you and give you money to assemble guns in my house? Have you even ever entered my house? Tell me when. What relationship do I have with you?” Bihande interrogated the man, whose eyes turned red following a barrage of questions from various government officials at RDC’s office.David Kapota, 26, of Karambi sub-county in Bukonzo West constituency in Kasese district, was arrested after security organs found that he was spreading rumours concerning security matters in the district.According to the Kasese RDC, Musa Ecweru, Kapota had intimated to him that Bihande had given him sh50,000, as part payment for assembling guns in his residence in Kilembe, about nine kilometres north of Kasese town.Kapota had told the RDC that Bihande was a collaborator to a rebel organisation, which was preparing to wage war against the Government.“To me,this is not knew. Mr. RDC, this is part of the politics in Kasese district. Politics here has been characterised by lies. Since I joined politics, my opponents have been finding ways to cause my death or at least arrest,” Bihande said.Ends
