Bank of Uganda female employees could not wear trousers to work because bank rules barred it. Could the appearance of stylish Ms Charlotte Kutesa alias Mrs Muhoozi Kainerugaba in trouser suits, have been the reason why it is now okay for ladies of the bank to wear business trouser suits?
