By Vision Reporter The Masaka LC5 chairman, Vincent Ssempijja, on Monday produced the original copy of his academic transcript in a case filed against him by the loser, Shanon Kakungulu.A government expert, Apollo Ntalirwa, who testified in court said Ssempijjja’s papers were not genuine. Ntalirwa was given the copy and six copies from other candidates who sat together with Ssempijja at St. Charles Lwanga Kasasa, in 1974.The presiding judge, Solome Bbosa, gave Ntalirwa one day to study the papers. Bbosa ordered the UNEB secretary, Mathew Bukenya, to appear in court on Monday when the case resumes.Kakungulu's witness Moses Ssekabira caused a stir in court when he presented two copies of his PLE result slip bearing three different names. Ssekabira, who did not have his identification documents said he sat PLE in 1974 with Ssempijja at Katwe Primary School, the same year the defendant claims to have sat his O’ Level.Ssekabira said he failed P7 in 1973, but when he repeated, he changed to Samuel Ssemwanga, but later became a Muslim in 1995 and acquired the name of Moses.Ends
