Women Groups Get Sh3m

By Edith KimuliTHE presidential adviser on poverty alleviation, Joan Kakwenzire, on Friday handed over sh3m as entandikwa for three women organisations.Kankwezire told the beneficiaries drawn from Naguru go-down, Makindye and Nateete that determination was important if they are to alleviate poverty in their households.“It does not matter how much money one gets, it is the attitude one has. Sometimes people get a lot of money but they spend it on settling domestic problems instead of investing it,” she said.Over 20 women are to benefit from the entandikwa money. Ends
