Your performance and behavior has made you famous, not only in Africa but also in the whole world,” said Mawanda.Mawanda recommended Ugandan referees, who he referred to as the region’s best who are only let down by the poor football.Kibenge requested Tomusange to keep up his standard since he will be the mirror for other referees.Tomusange appealed to Ugandans for support and requested for forgiveness whenever he commits a mistake while officiating. “I am also human.
