MPIGI — The resident district commissioner, Martha Asiimwe, has urged councillors to be at the forefront in revenue collection. Asiimwe told councillors recently that there was a laxity in local governments to enforce payment of local taxes which he said resulted to a decline in local revenue for the councils. Ends
