The 22-year old player from Kasese, carded 130 nett at the par-70 Fort Portal’s Toro Club course. The handicap 22 winner of the Uganda Golf Union event carded 66 on day one and added 64 on Sunday to triumph. Toro club’s 77-year old Emmanuel Basaliza, one of the oldest golfers, was also in good form at 137. Toro Club players led by Anne Pieterson swept the ladies event. Pieterson carded 137 followed by Jane Kobusingye with 147 while Rosebell Kituku carded 150 to take third position.
