NEHAL Bibodi expressed his might with the bat after accumulating the highest total of 444 runs in the first round of the inaugural Castle Lager cricket league that ended last Sunday, reports Ronnie Kintu.The right-hand opening batsman ensured an average 74.00 runs in seven innings and a scoring rate of 95.69% with 141 runs as his highest one-day score.“I always like getting on top of the bowlers every time I bat, Confidence has always enabled me to have the best results,” Bibodi said in an interview. Bibodi, 28, who plays for Tornado is possibly the most valued player in local cricket following his outstanding performance in the last five consecutive years.South African trained Kenneth Kamyuka (21) has also been a force to reckon with in the first round following his good performance.He collected 37 wickets at a cost of 303 runs in 73.4 overs. He has bowled 12 maidens, an average of 8.19 with the best one-day haul of 8/23 against Pakland.
