KAMPALA — The Uganda Fish Dealers and Sailors Association has written to the Government protesting the intended leasing of Lake Victoria to investors. In a letter copied to the Minister of State for Fisheries and Parliament, the association chairman, Christopher Semugenyi, said they would sue the Government basing on the Crocodile Act.Ends
