NAIROBI — Kenya has appealed to Uganda to allow thousands of Pokot herdsmen who have moved to Uganda to graze their livestock. Kenya’s Pokot area is facing a dry spell. West Pokot district commissioner Joash Miyoma recently led a security team to Uganda to negotiate the safety of the herdsmen.Ends
