SIR— Recently while participating in a health study in Kiboga district, I had the chance to see projects that have been supported by Ireland Aid.
SIR— Recently while participating in a health study in Kiboga district, I had the chance to see projects that have been supported by Ireland Aid. I was overwhelmed by the amount of support Ireland has given to the people in Kiboga district. We should be grateful to Ireland for the good heart.
However, I was not happy about the way these facilities are being used. It appears the leadership has not realised the treasure they have. Yet all they need is to moblise the people to improve their standard of living. I wonder if there is a good plan to maintain the facilities.
