SIR— Among the Capital Gang of August 31 was Mr Norbert Mao, the MP for Gulu Municipality, who was rather unruly. As a lawyer, he should know that the language used should be considered. Being a member of Parliament doesn’t mean that one should respond to other people as if one is commanding animals.
