KAMPALA — Taxi drivers found operating vehicles in dangerous mechanical condition after October 10 will be arrested. Uganda Taxi Operators and Drivers Association national boss John Ndoymugyenyi last week said taxis with tinted glasses and adverts will be banned. He asked taxi owners to adjust their car seats and the drivers not to wear caps and lugabire while on duty.Ends
