ARUA — Armed thugs raided Ovisoni trading centre in Vurra county on Wednesday night, robbing shop owners of money and merchandise. Eyewitnesses said about 10 thugs travelling in a truck, struck the trading centre at 2:00am. They robbed Alex Obeti of Arua Post Office of sh550,000 and two mobile phones and took three bicycles and money from Anguzu. Ends
