PALLISA — The town council has dedicated sh502m budget for 2002/2003 financial year to provision of desks to schools, taxi park construction and street lights installation. The council approved the budget presented by the secretary for finance, Idi Shaban on Friday. The local revenue is expected to generate sh256m while sh246m is expected from the central government.
