MAKINDYE — Two women have been charged with defrauding Ronald Kachope of sh8m. Mary Goretti Naigaga, 41, and Joyce Ddamulira, 36, appeared before Grade One Magistrate Joshua Maruk. They allegedly sold land to Kachope, pretending that it belonged to Naigaga.
