NEHAL Bibodi joined the Castle Lager family of Kenneth Kamyuka, Joel Olweny and Baig Akbar when he scooped the man-of-month award of August and September at the monthly prize giving ceremony at Lugogo on Tuesday.

NEHAL Bibodi joined the Castle Lager family of Kenneth Kamyuka, Joel Olweny and Baig Akbar when he scooped the man-of-month award of August and September at the monthly prize giving ceremony at Lugogo on Tuesday.
The star player for Tornado accumulated 650 runs in 11 innings with a highest score of 144 runs.
Bibodi with a batting average of 65.0 in the Castle league had also notched four half centuries and two centuries playing five times unbeaten. “It has been a nice spell with every match counting so much,” said a jovial Bibodi.
At the ceremony, Castle Lager, the sponsors of the national league also unveiled a sh1.2m kit towards Castle Development XI to add to the first set that was handed last August.
Castle Lager also handed a sh9.2m cheque to the Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) as part of the three-year sh120m sponsorship package.
