Express chairman Bbale Mugera is lifted by leading fan Dirisa ‘Kidomoole’ Musisi after the club won a double in 1995. They had in 1993 ended two decades without league success. Their last win was in 1996 with Yugoslav Dragan Popadic in charge. Express are on the down slide, and glory-starved fans like Kidomoole have crossed over to winning teams.
