EXPRESS is about to return to its home ground. The club, has invited NFLC to inspect Mutesa II stadium Wankulukuku, banned in 2000 for lack of a perimeter fence, writes Norman Katende.
The ban was imposed after fans beat up referee Abdallah Kayiwa for alleged poor officiation.
The ground is being upgraded to a required standard before they can host the new season’s league matches.
