Moi Here Tomorrow

KAMPALA — Kenyan president Daniel arap Moi arrives in the country tomorrow for a two-day official visit, State House said yesterday. Moi, who has ruled Kenya for 25 years, is set to retire at the end of this year. He is expected to address Parliament tomorrow afternoon. President Yoweri Museveni’s press secretary, Mary Okurut, said Moi’s programme would be released today.
