It was more than a display of bad manners by Makerere University Fine Art students at a photo exhibition during which Hon. Rebecca Kadaga was the chief guest.
While Kadaga was being shown the photographs by the deputy French ambassador, students were busy scrambling for groundnuts and beer. Kadaga left the exhibition without having a bite!
