KAMPALA — Capt. Moses Kabusenene spent Christmas in hospital after his health deteriorated on Saturday. Kabusenene, who is UPDF’s deputy director for sports and facing charges of terrorism and aggravated robbery, is admitted to Mulago Hospital Ward 6B, under tight Military Police guard.
