KAMPALA Central MP Edward Francis Babu last week claimed that the Central Division chairman Charles Sserunjogi has introduced illegal taxes and tenders.
“He has introduced fake taxes to cheat the commonman of their limited resources,†Babu said.
“I am going to fight these taxes and tenders,†Babu said during a recent sensitisation seminar for Central Division LCs at Aga Khan Primary School in Old Kampala.
