Shell Kabalagala!

SIR— The girls in the Shell Kabalagala shop are disgusting and in this world of oligopoly they should be taught customer care. When one goes in to buy something, they ignore the customer and continue talking to themselves. If asked to be shown an item, they will grudgingly get up and almost throw it at you. What is most upsetting is their endless talk in vernacular which some of us do not understand.This is so unlike Shell Bugolobi where the workers are so business-like and keen to help customers.
