No Apology For Kuteesa, Says Otika

Dr. Kizza Besigye’s task force Louis Otika has declined to apologise to state minister for investment Sam Kuteesa over utterances that the latter was involved in the printing of ballot papers for the presidential elections.Otika instead offered regrets and said the claims were true and there was nothing to apologise for.Court gave the parties a chance to settle a defamation case by Kuteesa against Otika out of court last September.However, on Tuesday they reported that they had failed because the defendant refused to apologise.The case was scheduled for hearing.Ends
