Faisal to copy VEK

By Joseph Wanzusi In MbaleEastern Football Solidarity chairman Mohammed Faisal has disclosed that plans are under way to emulate VEK, and have a competition for eastern region clubs.Faisal, who is also Nile FC chairman, said he plans to organise the tournament in Mbale before the Nile Special Super league kicks-off.“The major aim of organising this tournament is to strengthen our teams and ensure that they are not victims of relegation at the end of the season”, he said.Meanwhile, Mbale Heroes were Monday held to a goalless draw by Nile in a scrappy friendly.ends
