Soccer--THE East African Hedex finals begin Sunday with Express facing meek opposition from Kenya and Tanzania. Express is up against Kenya’s Ulinzi Stars and Kariakoo from Tanzania at the CCM Kirumba stadium, Mwanza. The annual event, sponsored by pharmaceutical giants Glaxo SmithKline, is due to end on February 17.
