Mpanga river now toilet

IT is happening in Fort Portal Town where there is a river passing through the town. people have contaminated the river with the excuse that the mayor, Bob Kaganda who sold off their public toilets, did not set up any other possible way of helping people easy themselves.This has led to inconsiderate people turning to the water’s of River Mpanga.To make matters worse, most people a long distance down river from Fort Portal town use its water for cooking and other domestic purposes.ends
