RUKUNGIRI – Two presiding officers have been arrested by the Police in connection with election malpractice in the recent LC5 polls.
RUKUNGIRI – Two presiding officers have been arrested by the Police in connection with election malpractice in the recent LC5 polls. They have been identified as Christopher Barumwangiraki and Onesmus Tujumirwe. They were in charge of Rugando and Nyabitende 11, in Bugangari sub-county. The arrest was confirmed by the Returning Officer, Frank Ntaho.Ends
