Soldier charged with murder

A UPDF soldier, Lameck Kwadu, 45, suspected to have shot dead a campaign agent for the Kasese district chairman, Yokasi Bihande, on the LC5 elections day, has appeared in court on murder charges.

Kwadu, was attached to the 59th battalion in Bwera.
