Bageya Blames Defeat On Kazibwe, Nsadhu

THE defeated LC5 Chairman of Iganga district, George Patrick Bageya, has condemned government leaders from the district for their role in local politics.Abubaker Mukose reports that Bageya said Vice-President Dr. Speciosa Wandira Kazibwe and information minister Basoga Nsadhu who supported his opponent, Asuman Kyaffu, depicted a bad image on the Movement. Bageya however said he had no problem with President Yoweri Museveni.“I cannot say it was a free and fair election because I was competing with the State and not Kyaffu,” Bageya said of the recent elections.He reaffirmed his intention to stand for presidency in 2006. He said Kazibwe was scared of him.Ends
