MASAKA — A warrant of arrest was yesterday issued against a banker with dfcu Bank, who allegedly embezzled over sh87m. Buganda Road Court Grade One Magistrate Sylvia Namubiru issued the warrant against Lillian Nakulima. Others charged are Tom Mwenyi, 38 and John Kiwanuka, 37. The two are on remand.Ends
