Hoima Town Council -- Invites Bids

The Secretary, Hoima Town Council Urban Tender Board invites bids from competent firms, companies or individuals for:(a) Supply of 3 Skips for garbage collection(b) Purchase of over 80 mivule treesCONDITIONS FOR TENDERING1) Bid documents are obtainable from the Secretary, Urban Tender Board on payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs 50,000 (Fifty thousand only).2) Give names, Postal and physical address of the firm and names of directors and documents relating to legal status.3) State experience in work(s) of services of a similar nature.4) Copies of current 2001/2002 trading licence, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Certificate of operation.5) Applications (sealed in two envelopes) addressed to the Secretary and marked : "TENDER FOR …………….." should be submitted by 10:00 a.m exactly two weeks from the date of advertisement.
