Kinyara Sugar Works Ltd -- Pre-qualification for the Supply of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles

Kinyara Sugar Works Ltd (KSWL) is in the process of extending its fleet of Vehicles and invites Suppliers to submit Pre-qualification Packages, fully detailing their offers to Supply all or any of the following Motor Vehicles and motorcycles.4 x Tipping Trailers of 8 Tonne Capacity5 x Tipper Trucks of 8 Tonne Capacity5 x Light Jeep type Vehicles16 x Motorcycles 125 cc Capacity.Interested Parties may collect a copy of the detailed specifications from KSWL's Kampala Office, during normal office hours.As a minimum each Pre-qualification Package must contain details of only one type of Vehicle.- A Complete Company Profile, to include TIN and VAT Registration Numbers as well as a copy of current Tax Clearance Certificate.- Details of the Particular Vehicle to be offered, with full technical specifications.- A copy of the Retail Price list, clearly indicating the Unit price of the vehicle.- Details of the Spare Parts Stocking Facilities.- Details of workshop facilities.All Packages must be supplied in Sealed Envelopes, with the particular Vehicle type clearly marked on top and addressed to "The Secretary, Internal Tender Committee". All offers are to be placed in the Bid Box located at either KSWL's Head Office or the Kampala Office, not later than 4:00pm. on the 15th April 2002.
