DIRTY Politics in Nebbi district has affected developmental programmes which could have benefited the local population, the district Woman member of parliament has said, reports Albert Ayiga Ondoga.Betty Udongo said some projects initiated by donors have been frustrated because of the heated political differences between district leaders and politicians.She was inspecting health units in Kango and Atyak sub-counties in Okoro on Sunday.
