EBONIES actress, Harriet Nalubwama a.k.a Nakawunde, yesterday proclaimed at Liberty Worship Centre, Mengo that she has got saved.

The centre was filled with a melee of people overflowing into the gardens outside.Nalubwama lost her companion, Paul Katende of the Ebonies three weeks ago when unidentified thugs gunned him down in Mutundwe, Kampala.Nalubwama is also known as Nakawunde, her stage name in the popular television drama, That’s life, Mwattu.The pastor, Imelda Namutebi, who led the 10:00am service introduced Nalubwama to the congregation and asked her to say few words.“I want to introduce a very important person who last week visited our church and decided to get saved,” she said amidst applause.Nalubwama told the congregation that last Sunday she decided to get saved because she had a lot of problems.“I decided to get saved because I thought the only place I can get help and counselling is Liberty Worship Centre,” she said.Namutebi asked journalists to report objectively and be God-fearing.She laid her hands on two New Vision photojournalists and prayed for their salvation.Ends
