By Daniel SaireAFTER losing the battle on the field, army side Simba has taken their struggle to the NFLC boardroom to strip SC Villa of three points and two goals.Simba petitioned the NFLC yesterday against Villa for fielding Daniel Obote whom they argued, was wrongly registered.NFLC registered the U-20 International just hours to the match on Wednesday after the intervention of FUFA president Denis Obua.Simba secretary Major Godfrey Muwanguzi said that Obote should only have been registered before March 20 as stipulated in the rules and regulations of the league.Simba fell 1-0 to Villa in a Nile Special Super League match played at Namboole Stadium on Wednesday.NFLC secretary, Justus Mugisha said that after getting the license, Obote was free to feature for Villa.“Let them pay the petition fee of sh50, 000 before we sit to look into their matter,” he said.
